降温母粒对控制降解聚丙烯结晶性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了共聚聚丙烯和均聚聚丙烯加入降温母粒降解前后结晶性能的变化。发现适量的降温母粒含量(质量分数0.6%)可以改善均聚聚丙烯的结晶性能,但对控制降解共聚聚丙烯的结晶性能影响更为复杂。同时发现相对分子质量分布(MWD)对控制降解聚丙烯结晶形态的变化规律更为显著。 The crystallization properties of copolymer polypropylene and homo-polypropylene before and after degradation by the peroxide masterbatch were studied.It was found that the proper amount of peroxide masterbatch(mass fraction of0.6%)can improve the crystallization properties of homopolypropylene,and the effect of controlled degradation of the copolymerized polypropylene on its crystallization properties is more complicated.At the same time,the molecular weight distribution(MWD)was found to be more significant in controlling the crystal morphology of the degraded polypropylene.
