摘要
目的基于不同的管理制度对我院的在职护士进行管理,探讨分级管理模式与护理管理质量之间的联系。方法于2017年1月—2018年1月将我院210名的在职护士作为研究对象,依据不同的管理模式均分为两组,对照组进行传统的管理,研究组进行分层级的优化。对比两组护理之间的差异。结果护士的管理制度经过分层级优化后,分层护理管理模式下的护理工作人员相比于没有采用分层级管理的护理人员来说,基础护理能力、护理文案、护理操作水平、健康教育均得到了有效的提升,护理效果得到患者及其家属的广泛认可(P<0.05)。结论将分层级的管理理念运用到我院护士的管理工作中,能够使护士的护理水平提高,使患者获得更好的就医体验。
Objective Based on different management systems,the on-the-job nurses in our hospital are managed.To explore the relationship between the graded management model and the quality of nursing management.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,210 on-the-job nurses in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different management modes.The control group was given traditional management and the research group was optimized at different levels.The differences between the two groups were compared.Results After the management system of nurses was optimized by dif ferent levels,compared with the nursing staff who did not adopt hierarchical management,the basic nursing ability,nursing record,nursing operation level of the nursing staff under the hierarchical nursing management mode were higher than those of the nursing staff who did not adopt the hierarchical management.Health education was promoted effectively and the nursing effect was widely recognized by patients and their families(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical management concept to the management of nurses in our hospital can improve the nursing level of nurses and make patients have a better experience of medical treatment.
