摘要
固井二界面问题是水平井固井面临的一大工程难题,泥饼厚度直接影响固井二界面胶结质量。为此,开展固井二界面泥饼形成规律实验研究对于提高固井二界面胶结质量进而防止环空窜流具有重要意义。以井斜角为变量,设置井斜角角度梯度为0、30°、60°、90°,利用厚度测量装置测量固井二界面的泥饼厚度,分析得出泥饼厚度随井斜角的变化规律。实验结果表明,同一井斜角下,沿重力方向,泥饼厚度逐渐增加;水平方向上,泥饼厚度基本相同。不同井斜角下,背离重力方向处,随着井斜角的增大,泥饼厚度逐渐减小;向着重力方向处,随着井斜角的增大,泥饼厚度先减小后增大。
The problem of cement-formation interface is a major engineering issue for the cementing of horizontal well.And the mud cake thickness directly affects the cementing quality of the cement-formation interface.Therefore,the experimental study on the formation of mud cake at the cement-formation interface is of great significance for improving the cementing quality of the cement-formation interface and preventing the annulus channeling.This paper sets up0,30,60,90four deviation angles.The mud cake thickness at cement-formation interface is measured by thickness measuring device.What's more,the variation of mud cake thickness with deviation angle is obtained by analysis.Under the same deviation angle,the mud cake thickness gradually increases along the direction of gravity,and the mud cake thickness is basically the same along the horizontal direction.Under different deviation angles,when deviation angle increases,the mud cake thickness gradually decreases along the direction of gravity,and the mud cake thickness firstly decreases and theni ncreases along the horizontal direction.
