摘要 近年来,食品安全问题得到了社会各界的广泛关注,人们对食品安全的要求越来越高。为满足这一要求,食品检测技术需要不断创新进步。本文主要研究了应用较为广泛的色谱和质谱技术在食品安全检测中的应用及发展现状,并结合时代发展分析食品检测技术的发展趋势,提出了对食品检测技术的未来展望,以期为食品检测技术的研究及开发提供有价值的参考信息及思路。 In recent years,food safety problem has been widespread concerned in the community,and people has put forward increasingly high safety standards for food supply.In order to meet the requirements,food testing technology needs continuous innovation and improvement.The application and development situation of mass spectrometry and chromatography technologies mostly used in food safety testing were explored.The develop trend of food testing technology was analyzed and the future of food detection was put forward based on the combination of the epoch development,in order to provide valuable reference information and ideas for the research and development of food testing technology.
