摘要
建设项目竣工环保验收是建设项目全生命周期环境管理中的收口部分,是落实"三同时"管理制度的有效监管方式,是针对建设单位建设阶段中各项环保措施及设施的最终审核。本文就竣工环保验收过程中各个阶段需要注意的验收程序、方法及可能遇到的问题做进一步分析、梳理,希望能为建设项目竣工环保验收工作更好的开展提供帮助。
Environmental protection acceptance of construction project completion is the closing part of the whole life cycle environmental management of construction projects.It is an effective way to implement the"three simultaneous"management system.It is aiming at the final audit of the environmental protection measures and facilities in the construction stage.The acceptance procedures and methods at various stages of the acceptance were focused on,and further analysis and carding on the problems may happen were taken.It was hoped that this will help to better carry out environmental acceptance work for construction projects.
