摘要
牙轮钻机作业效率是多种因素综合影响的结果,为了提高穿孔作业效率,提升矿山技术经济效益,除了对这些影响因素进行合理的控制外,更应该在今后对矿山穿孔设备进行关键技术研究。本文对牙轮钻机穿孔作业原理进行了简述,并理论推导出牙轮钻机作业效率公式,结合公式分析了轴压、转速、钻头直径、矿岩硬度以及时间利用系数等因素对牙轮钻机作业效率的影响,并对矿山凿岩设备发展提出建议。
The working efficiency of rotary drilling machine is the result of many factors.In order to improve the efficiency of perforation operation and enhance the economic benefit of mine technology,in addition to the reasonable control of these influencing factors,The key technology of mine perforation equipment should be studied in the future.In this paper,the principle of drilling machine perforation is briefly described,and the formula of working efficiency of rotary drill is deduced theoretically,and the axial pressure,rotating speed and bit diameter are analyzed in combination with the formula.The influence of rock hardness and time utilization coefficient on the working efficiency of rotary drilling rig is discussed,and some suggestions for the development of rock drilling equipment in mine are put forward.
