摘要
随着高陡帮技术在露天采场的应用,在降低剥采比的同时,也增加了最终边坡的管理难度,为达到下部平台安全作业的要求,上部平台必须在爆破阶段对边坡进行有效的减震爆破处理,减小爆破破碎区、裂隙区范围,以达到最终边坡围岩稳固、稳定的目的。本采场经过一年的预裂爆破实践,已基本掌握了预裂孔孔距在1.5m以下预裂爆破各项参数。
With the application of high-steep slope technology in open-pit stope,the stripping ratio is reduced and the management difficulty of the final slope is increased.In order to meet the requirements of safe operation of the lower platform,the upper platform must carry out effective shock-absorbing blasting treatment on the slope during the blasting stage,and reduce the blasting broken area and crack area.Finally,the stability and stability of the surrounding rock will be achieved.After one year's pre-splitting blasting practice,the parameters of pre-splitting blasting with pre-splitting hole spacing less than 1.5m have been mastered.
