摘要
目的探讨冠心病患者血脂、血流变及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达水平与病变程度的关系。方法选取2015年1月至2016年10月我院收治的冠心病患者300例,收集患者的临床资料、血脂指标、血流变指标及血清hs-CRP。基于冠脉造影检查结果,患者分为单支、双支、三支病变组,基于SYNTAX积分系统分为轻度、中度及重度组,比较各组间血脂指标、血流变指标及血清hs-CRP。结果双支及三支冠状动脉病变组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血浆载脂蛋白B(Apo-B)、非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)、血流变指标及血清hs-CRP明显高于单支冠状动脉病变组(P<0.05),HDL-C、Apo-Al明显低于单支冠状动脉病变组(P<0.05);中度及重度病变组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、Apo-B、non-HDL-C、血流变指标及血清hs-CRP明显高于轻度病变组(P<0.05),HDL-C、血浆载脂蛋白Al(Apo-Al)明显低于轻度病变组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者血脂、血流变及血清hs-CRP表达水平与冠心病发生发展、病变程度密切相关,对冠心病的诊断、治疗和预测未来发生心血管事件有着重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum lipids and hs-CRP levels and the severity of disease in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The clinical data,values of blood lipid index,indexes of hemorrheology and serum hs-CRP of the 300 patients with coronary heart disease were collected.Based on the results of coronary angiography,the patients were divided into single,double and triple lesion groups.The patients were also divided into mild,moderate and severe groups based on the SYNTAX score system.Blood lipids,blood rheology index and serum hs-CRP were compared among groups.Results The levels of TC,TG,non-HDL-C,Apo-B,non-HDL,hemorheology index and serum hs-CRP in patients with double-branch and three-vessel coronary artery disease were significantly higher than those with single coronary artery disease(P<0.05),while levels of HDL-C and Apo-Al were significantly lower in double-branch and three-vessel coronary artery disease group than those in single coronary artery disease group(P<0.05);The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,Apo-B,non-HDL-C,hemorrheological indexes and serum hs-CRP in moderate and severe disease group were significantly higher than those in mild disease group(P<0.05)while the levels of HDL-C and Apo-Al were significantly lower in moderate and severe disease group than those in mild disease group(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum lipids,blood rheology and serum hs-CRP expression in patients with coronary heart disease is closely related to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease and the degrees of the disease.It is of great significance for the diagnosis,treatment and prediction of future cardiovascular events.
