摘要
本文从东北地区当前经济发展的基本态势出发,阐明了当前东北地区经济发展中存在的经济下行压力大、区域发展不平衡、生态环境损害严重等具体问题,进而总结出在当前阶段东北经济所遭遇的发展困境。为扫清一切发展障碍,振兴东北经济,最为关键的一环,就是培育经济发展新动能,包括把创新驱动作为产业转型升级的核心力量、培育先进制造业和新业态、塑造高素质人力资本、绿色发展等多个方面举措,以实现新动能带动经济发展的良性循环。最后,对如何有效培育东北地区经济发展新动能作出思考,并提出合理化建议。
This paper first introduces the basic situation of current economic development in Northeast China,and clarifies the specific problems existing in the current economic development of Northeast China,including the downward pressure of the economy,the imbalance of regional development,and serious damage to the ecological environment.It is followed by a summary of the development dilemmas encountered in the Northeast economy at the current stage.In order to clear all obstacles to development,it is necessary to provide new impetus for the development of high-quality and sustainable economy of Northeast China.Therefore,the most crucial part is to cultivate new kinetic energy of the economic development,including taking the innovation-driven as the core force of industrial transformation and upgrading,cultivating advanced manufacturing and new business type,shaping high-quality human capital and implementing green development.Based on the above analysis,the article concludes with an effective reflection on how to effectively cultivate the new kinetic energy of economic development in Northeast China,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
