摘要
文章简要介绍了柴油机微粒捕集器的过滤机理,并对现阶段主要的再生方法进行了分析和研究,列出了每种再生技术主要的原理和最近的研究现状,介绍了国内外与DPF相关的软件仿真研究的进展,综合考虑多方面因素后提出了在未来节约能源的大前提下以连续再生技术为主,微波加热再生技术为辅,通过软件仿真优化结构并在实验中加以验证的结论.
This paper briefly introduces the filtration mechanism of diesel particulate filter,analyzes and studies the regeneration methods of diesel particulate filters at present,lists the main principles of each regeneration technology and the latest research status,introduces the development of domestic software simulation research related to DPF,and considers many aspects comprehensively.the paper puts forward a comprehensive consideration of various factors:on the premise of saving energy in the future,the continuous regeneration technology will be the main one,the microwave heating regeneration technology will be the supplement.The conclusion is optimized by software simulation and verified by experiment.
