摘要 "2018科学计量与科技评价天府论坛"于2018年9月在成都召开,来自全国各地60余家高校和科研机构的240余名科研人员、师生围绕科学计量与科技评价领域的国际研究进展和前沿发展动向展开了交流和讨论。文章从理论与方法的不断深入、广泛的实践应用、发展机遇与挑战等三个方面,讨论和分析了在大数据时代科学计量学与科技评价发展的新挑战和新机遇,以期揭示科学计量学研究与科技评价工作的发展现状和未来发展图景。 The 2018 Tianfu Forum on Scientometrics&Evaluation was held in Chengdu from September 19 to 21,2018.More than 240 researchers,teachers and students from more than 60 universities and scientific research institutions had attended this forum.The international research progress and frontier development trends have been exchanged and discussed.This paper discusses the new challenges and new opportunities in the development of scientometrics in the era of big data from three aspects,which are the deepening of theory and methods,extensive practical application,development opportunities and challenges.The main contribution of this paper to the field of scientometrics is providing a view to clearly presenting future of scientometrics research and scientific evaluation.
