以能耗为导向的近零能耗建筑围护结构设计参数敏感性分析 被引量:40

摘要 目的确定近零能耗建筑围护结构设计关键参数对能耗的影响程度、优化范围,以便于设计师在方案阶段进行建筑性能化设计,实现更好的节能效益.方法以沈阳建筑大学近零能耗居住建筑示范中心为例,建立严寒地区近零能耗居住建筑模型;以能耗值为约束目标,通过节能率及敏感性分析方法两方面对外墙传热系数、屋面传热系数、外窗传热系数及南向窗墙比等4个关键参数进行评价.结果建筑年供暖需求能耗为17. 42 kW·h/(m^2·a)、建筑全年总能耗为53. 93 k W·h/(m^2·a),设计参数对能耗的影响程度从大到小依次是窗墙比(供冷能耗),外窗传热系数,外墙传热系数,窗墙比(供热能耗),屋面传热系数.结论近零能耗建筑关键设计参数的取值应该综合考虑当地气候及技术经济条件,采用以建筑能耗值为控制目标的性能化设计方法. This paper studies the influence of key parameters of nearly zero energy buildings enclosure structure design on energy consumption.Sensitivity analysis and range of parameters allow designers to perform architectural performance design during the project phase.A building model in severe cold region was established based on nearly zero energy residential building demonstration center of Shenyang Jianzhu University.With energy consumption as the constraint goal,energy efficiency and sensitivity analysis methods were used to evaluate four key parameters such as external wall heat transfer coefficient,roof heat transfer coefficient,external window heat transfer coefficient,and southward window-wall ratio.The annual heating demand for buildings is17.42kW·h/(m^2·a),and the total energy consumption for the whole year of the building is53.93kW·h/(m^2·a).The influence degree of design parameters on energy consumption is sorted as follows,window-to-wall ratio(cooling energy consumption),window heat transfer coefficient,exterior wall heat transfer coefficient,window-to-wall ratio(heating energy consumption),and the last one is roof heat transfer coefficient.The value of key design parameters for nearly zero energy buildings should take into account the local climate and technical economic conditions.When a performance-based design method with the goal of building energy consumption is adopted.Methods should be designed for performance with building energy consumption as the control target.
