强脉冲光与1540nm点阵激光治疗面部黄褐斑的临床效果研究对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨强脉冲光与1540nm点阵激光治疗面部黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月-2018年2月入院接受面部黄褐斑治疗的女性患者62例,根据治疗方式分成1540nm点阵激光治疗组(35例)和强脉冲光治疗组(27例)。两组均治疗3个月,比较两组患者的临床有效率、两组治疗前后黄褐斑面积及严重程度评分(MASI)变化及两组不良反应的发生率。结果激光组的临床有效率(97.14%)明显高于脉冲组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗后MASI评分均明显下降(P <0.05),且激光组下降幅度大于脉冲组(P <0.05);激光组不良反应发生率(5.71%)明显低于脉冲组(29.63%)(P <0.05)。结论 1540nm点阵激光治疗面部黄褐斑效果优于强脉冲光治疗,对患者面部黄褐斑改善情况较好,不良反应较轻。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light and 1540nm fractional laser in the treatment of facial chloasma.Methods 62 cases of female patients who underwent facial chloasma treatment from February 2013 to February 2018 were selected and divided into 1540nm fractional laser treatment group(35 cases)and intense pulsed light treatment group(27 cases)according to the treatment methods,and the two groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical effective rate,the changes of melasma area and severity index(MASI)score before and after treatment and the incidence rates of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate in laser group was significantly higher than that in pulsed group(97.14%vs 77.78%)(P<0.05).The MASI score in the two groups was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05)),and the decrease in laser group was greater than that in pulsed group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in laser group after operation was lower than that in pulsed group(5.71%vs 29.63%)(P<0.05)).Conclusions 1540nm fractional laser has better effects than intense pulsed light on facial chloasma,and the former one has better improvement of facial chloasma,and lighter adverse reactions.
