探讨异常基因在卵巢子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌症中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨P53、P21、MDM2蛋白在卵巢子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌症中的表达及意义。方法抽取30例2015年5月至2017年5月在本院治疗的卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者(A组),并选择30例同期在本院治疗的子宫腺肌症患者(B组)以及30例子宫内膜正常者(C组),对所有人的组织标本中的P53、P21、MDM2蛋白表达情况进行检测,并分析P53、P21、MDM2蛋白表达与细胞凋亡之间的关系。结果 P53在C组分泌期的表达高于增生期,但是在A组和B组增生期与分泌期的表达比较差异无统计学意义;在C组中,P53蛋白表达率高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组P53表达率与B组比较差异无统计学意义;P21在C组的表达率高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组P21表达率与B组比较差异无统计学意义。MDM2蛋白在C组的表达率低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但是A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义。结论 P53、P21、MDM2蛋白与卵巢子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌症的发展有着密切的关系,其两者的发病机制可能有相似之处。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of P53,P21 and MDM2 proteins in ovarian endometriosis and adenomyosis.Methods Thirty patients with ovarian endometriosis(group A)who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected,and 30 patients with adenomyosis who were treated in our hospital at the same time(group B)were selected.And 30 cases of normal endometrium(group C),the expression of P53,P21,MDM2 protein in all human tissue samples,and analysis of the relationship between P53,P21,MDM2 protein expression and apoptosis.Results The expression of P53 in the secretory phase of group C was higher than that in the proliferative phase,but there was no significant difference in the expression of proliferative phase and secretory phase between group A and group B.In group C,the expression rate of P53 protein was high.There was a statistically significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression rate of P53 between group A and group B.The expression rate of P21 in group C was higher than that in group A and group B.Statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the expression rate of P21 between group A and group B.The expression rate of MDM2 protein in group C was lower than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between group A and group B.Conclusion The P53,P21 and MDM2 proteins are closely related to the development of ovarian endometriosis and adenomyosis.The pathogenesis of the two may be similar.
