摘要
在纳米食品概念界定的基础上,综述纳米食品的应用现状,分析纳米食品特性与纳米食品风险可能性之间的关系,评述基于科学技术学和基于风险防范原则的纳米食品风险管理模式的优劣;探讨在现有科技知识体系下纳米食品公众认可度的差异性,认为纳米食品风险可能性及经济风险不确定性增强是导致公众认可度差异的原因;从纳米食品标准体系构建、风险管理模式完善、行政干预、食品安全检测、营养膳食推介、社会公益培训等6个方面,提出未来我国纳米食品研发应把握的细节。
On the basis of the definition of the concept of nano-food,this research reviewed the existing circumstances of nano-food's application,analyzed the relationship between the characteristics and the possible risks of nano-food,explicated the weaknesses and merits of nano-food risk management model which based on the principles of science and technology and risk precaution.The differences of the public recognition of nano-food was elaborated,which were result of enhancing the possible uncertainties of safety risk and economic risks caused by nano-food.The future details was proposed which nano-food developing should grasp,from aspects of nano-food standard system building,risk management improving,administrative intervention,food safety testing,nutritional and dietary promotion,and social welfare training.
