摘要
目的:系统评价锡类散对比美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、CNKI、VIP、CBM和Wangfang数据库,收集锡类散治疗UC的随机对照试验(RCT)。由2名研究者独立检索文献、严格评价文献的方法学质量并提取资料。采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入6个RCT,373例患者。Meta分析结果显示:试验组与对照组在临床疗效与症状改善方面无明显差异,但试验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组[RR=0.27,95%CI(0.12,0.60),P<0.05]。结论:锡类散与美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效相当,锡类散安全性更高,但仍需更严格的多中心、高质量、大样本的随机双盲试验,进一步提供证据。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xilei Powder compared with mesalamine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:Dat as wer retrieved in PubMed,Embase,CNKI,VIP,CBM and Wanfang.Randomized controlled trials related to Xilei Powder in treatment of ulcerative colitis were searched.Two researchers independently screened the literature,evaluated the methodological quality and extracted the data.The data was analyzed with RevMan 5.3 software.Results:Six RCTs were included involving 373 patients.The Meta-analysis results showed that the differences of the treatment effect and clinical symptoms between the experimental group and the control group were not statistically significant.The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group[RR=0.27,95%CI(0.12,0.60),P<0.05].Conclusion:The efficacy of Xilei Powder therapy is similar to mesalamine.The security of Xilei Powder is better than mesalamine.However,more randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trials with multicenter,high-quality and large sample size are needed to provide clinical evidences.
