摘要
老年性痴呆是常见的老年性疾病之一,以呆傻愚笨、智能低下、善忘等为主要临床表现。本病病位在脑,病机不外乎虚、痰、瘀、火四端,但究其根本,与脾胃虚弱密切相关,或生化乏源,或脾虚生痰,或统摄无权,或枢机不利。文章结合《内经》“年长则求之于府”理论,阐释脾胃虚弱是痴呆发生的重要病机,治疗以“求之于府”为切入点,为临床运用提供理论依据。
Senile dementia is one of the most common diseases of the elderly.The main clinical manifestations are silly stupid,intelligent low,forgetfulness and so on.The disease is in the brain and the pathogenesis is nothing more than deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis and fire.But the fundamental cause is the spleen and stomach deficiency which can lead to production and transformation deficiency,or generating phlegm.This article explains that the spleen and stomach is an important pathogenesis of dementia based on“elderly seeking to the spleen and stomach”.The treatment is based on“seeking the spleen and stomach”as the starting point and providing the theoretical basis for clinical application.
