摘要 以黑龙江省哈尔滨市木兰县为试验区,基于多源多时相卫星遥感影像以及地理国情监测成果,展开地表覆被变化监测与统计分析研究。研究提出县域的生态环境质量考核内容与分类指标,结合两期遥感影像监测数据进行试验区县域生态环境质量考核地表覆被类型的变化检测研究,并基于考核指标开展统计分析,形成一套基于卫星遥感影像和地理国情监测成果的地表覆被时空变化检测工艺流程,包括数据资料收集、底图数据制作、国情数据处理、指标变化检测等,为实现地表覆被监测提供技术支撑。 Based on the multi-source and multi-temporal satellite remote sensing images and the results of geographical and natural conditions monitoring,Mulan County,Harbin City,Heilongjiang Province as the pilot area,to carry out monitoring and statistical analysis of surface cover change.The paper puts forward the content and classification index of eco-environmental quality assessment in county,combined with the monitoring data of two remote sensing images,examines the change of surface eco-environmental quality assessment in the pilot area and makes statistical analysis based on the assessment index to form a set of satellite-Remote sensing images and geographical condition monitoring results of surface to surface space-time change detection process,including data collection,base map data production,national conditions data processing,index changes detection,in order to provide technical support for the land surface monitoring.
