摘要
介绍了土木工程抗震设计的必要性,对其设计的主要原则及相应技术要点进行了论述,并提出了完善抗震设计的有效措施,希望可以强化土木工程质量,促进我国工程建设的快速发展。
The paper introduces the necessity for the seismic design in civil engineering projects, indicates the main principles for the design and respective technical points, and pints out the effective measures to improve the seismic design, so as to enhance the quality of the civil engineering and promote the development of the engineering construction in China.
