摘要
锅炉作为压力容器,其产品质量关系到生产安全,只有全面做好制造监督,才能防止不合格产品流入市场。文章通过对资料审查、材料选择、焊接工序、无损检测和水压试验等流程分析,进一步对锅炉制造安全问题进行探讨。
Boiler as a pressure vessel, its product quality is related to production safety. Only by doing a good job in manufacturing supervision can we prevent the flow of unqualified products into the market. In this paper, the safety problems of boiler manufacturing are further discussed through the analysis of data review, material selection, welding procedure, nondestructive testing and water pressure test, etc.
