摘要
以深锥浓密机在福建某金矿高浓度充填系统中的应用为例,分析了造成深锥浓密机溢流水跑浑严重、底流浓度低的原因,并详细介绍了解决措施。工业运行结果表明,增设稀释系统有利于溢流尾砂与药剂混合,加快沉降速度;以石灰作凝聚剂、阴离子型絮凝剂655V作絮凝剂,通过两者的协同作用实现了溢流尾砂的快速絮凝沉降,获得了满足要求的底流浓度。
With the application of deep cone thickener into a highly-concentrated tailings backfill system in a gold mine of Fujian Province as an example, reasons causing serious muddy overflow and low underflow concentration were analyzed, and the corresponding modification measures were discussed in details. The commercial operation results showed that the addition of a dilution flume is beneficial for the mixing of overflow tailings and reagents, as well as accelerating sedimentation speed. Owing to the synergistic effect of coagulant lime and anionic flocculant 655V, rapid flocculation sedimentation of overflow tailings can be actualized and an adequate underflow concentration can be achieved.
