摘要
[目的]观察宣浊扶金汤联合穴位注射治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。[方法]将104例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组52例应用宣浊扶金汤联合穴位注射治疗,对照组52例给予口服苯磺贝他斯汀片,两组均治疗4周。观察两组治疗前后的过敏性鼻炎喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、临床体征评分指数变化、不良反应发生率及复发率,并进行统计学分析。[结果]治疗组显效29例,有效16例,无效7例,总有效率为86.54%;对照组显效17例,有效21例,无效14例,总有效率为73.08%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、体征积分较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组明显(P<0.05)。6个月随诊复发率,治疗组(13.46%)低于对照组(40.39%)。[结论]宣浊扶金汤联合穴位注射治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效显著。
[Objective] To observe the effect of xuanzhuo fujin decoction combined with acupoint injection on treatment for allergic rhinitis.[Methods] One-hundred and four patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. Fifty-two patients in the treatment group were treated with xuanzhuo fujin decoction combined with acupoint injection,and 52 patients in the control group were orally given with phenylsulfonate tablets. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of physical score index on sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion, nasal itching,incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactionwere observed before and after treatment in both groups so as to conduct statistical analysis.[Results] There were 29 cases with marked effect,16 cases with effective effect,7 cases without effect in the treatment group,and the total effective rate was 86.54%. There were 17 cases with marked effect,21 cases with effective effect,14 cases without effect in the control group,and the total effective rate was 73.08%. The difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The physical score index on sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,nasal itching of both groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the physical score index (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of follow-up at 6 months was lower in the treatment group(13.46%) than that in the control group(40.39%).[Conclusion] The curative effect of xuanzhuo fujin decoction combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of allergic rhinitis was remarkable.
