摘要
目的:了解柳江碘缺乏病防治情况,评价重点人群碘营养状况,为适时采取针对性防治措施和干预策略调整提供科学依据。方法:收集2011-2015年柳江辖区盐碘、水碘、尿碘和甲状腺肿大率等碘缺乏病年度监测数据。结果:碘盐覆盖率99.73%,合格碘盐食用率95.64%。8～10岁儿童未发现甲状腺肿大者;8～10岁儿童尿碘<50μg/L5.05%,尿碘<100μg/L 12.63%;尿碘中位数均值214.6μg/L。孕妇尿碘中位数均值108.3μg/L。结论:柳江区达到碘缺乏病消除目标;8～10岁小学生碘营养水平是充足的;孕妇的碘营养水平处于不足状态。鉴于碘营养问题的多样性和复杂性,建议在参考国际标准和评价指标的基础上,增加适宜中国人群的碘营养评价标准。
Objective:To understand the situation of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and control in the Liujiang,and to evaluate iodine nutritional status of key groups,to provide scientific basis for timely targeted preventive measures and adjustment of intervention strategies.Methods:The annual monitoring data of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD)in Liujiang from 2011 to 2015 were collected.Results:The coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.73%,and that of qualified iodized salt was 95.64%.No goiter was found in 8~10 years old children,5.05% of 8~10 years old children had urinary iodine<50 μ g/L and 12.63% had urinary iodine<100 μg/L.The median urine iodine was 214.6 μg/L.The median urine iodine level of pregnant women was 108.3 μg/L. Conclusion:Liujiang district achieves the goal of eliminating IDD,the level of iodine nutrition of pupils aged 8~10 is adequate, and the level of iodine nutrition of pregnant women is insufficient.In view of the diversity and complexity of iodine nutrition problems,it is suggested to add iodine nutrition evaluation standards suitable for Chinese population on the basis of reference to international standards and evaluation indicators.
