一英寸离心压气机测试实验台的设计与分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了单独测试微型涡喷发动机的压气机部件在实际工况下的扭矩值,设计了一种一英寸离心压气机测试实验台,实验台能为一英寸离心压气机提供高转速的运转条件,并且能够测量在高速回转运动下的扭矩值。用三维设计软件Creo对测试实验台进行数字化建模,将实验台的三维模型导入到Adams中进行多体动力学仿真,结果表明实验台能为压气机提供高速回转的工作条件,符合预期。将测试实验台的关键零件带轮轴的有限元模型导入到ANSYS中进行模态分析,结果显示带轮轴的前六阶固有频率在2kHz到6kHz之间,而工况中干扰频率在100Hz之下,因此不会发生共振,并且各振型中最大形变量符合国家标准,保证了该实验台的刚度。该测试实验台为同类实验台的设计提供了借鉴。 In order to individually test the torque value of the compressor components of the micro-turbojet engine under actual operating conditions, a one-inch centrifugal compressor testing bench was designed. The experiment rig can not only provide high-speed operating conditions for a one-inch centrifugal compressor but also measure the torque value under high-speed rotary motion. The three-dimensional design software Creo was used to digitally model the testing bench, and the three-dimensional model of the bench was imported into Adams for multi-body dynamics simulation. The results show that the experiment rig can provide high-speed rotation for the compressor and meet the expectations. The modal analysis of the finite element model of the key parts of the test bench belt axle was introduced into ANSYS. The results showed that the first six natural frequencies of the belt axle were between 2 kHz and 6 kHz, and the operating frequency was below 100 Hz, therefor, resonance does not occur, and the maximum deformation in each mode conforms to national standards, which ensures the rigidity of the laboratory bench. The testing bench provides a reference for the design of similar experimental benches.
