摘要
目的通过近四年的设备故障数据分析及统计,寻找我院呼吸机故障发生的主要原因。方法对近几年呼吸机所发生的故障进行分类与统计,进行总结与分析,并采取相应多项对策,从管理和技术两方面着手,以达到提高使用率、降低故障率的目标。结果通过分类与统计找出呼吸机发生故障的主要原因与对策。结论对故障所产生的原因进行分析,不断地想出行之有效的对策与方法,以此来提高呼吸机的使用质量与安全。
Objective To find the main reasons for ventilator malfunction in hospital,and take a number of countermeasures through equipment failure data analysis and statistics.Methods Classification and statistics of failures occurred in ventilators in recent years were summarized and analyzed.Several strategies from management and technique were carried out,so as to improve the use rate and reduce the failure rate.Results Main reasons and countermeasures of ventilator failure were found by classification and statistics.Conclusion By analyzing the causes of failures and adopting effective countermeasures and methods,the quality and safety of ventilators can be improved.
