摘要
为了适应医疗卫生行业的发展和社会需求的增长,逐步形成了一院多址的管理模式。本文以医院处境为切入点,从医用耗材信息管理系统、人员需求阐述了三种管理模式和耗材管理人员情况。对我院一院三址的医用耗材管理模式进行了实例分析,并提出了建议,希望找到一条适合医院自身特色的一院多址管理新模式。
In order to adapt the development of medical and health industry and the growth of social demand,the management mode of one hospital multiple addresses was gradually formed.In this paper,we used the situation of the hospital as the breakthrough point.Then we elaborated three management modes and consumables management personnel from the medical consumable information management system information management system and personnel requirements.The management mode(three addresses of one hospital)of medical consumables in our hospital was analyzed.Several suggestions were proposed to find a new“one hospital multiple addresses management”mode,which were suitable for the hospital’s own characteristics.
