摘要
本文是以轴承6006为对象,通过D923内径测量仪对其外沟和内圈进行测量,重点阐述了实验的重要性、实验目的、实验设备和测量的原理、实验步骤、实验结果及数据分析、实验注意事项和仪器保养。通过实验可以准确的判断磨床加工出来的轴承套圈内(外)径是否符合零件尺寸要求,对后续轴承装配起到关键的作用。
In this paper, bearing 6006 is taken as the object, its outer groove and inner ring aremeasured by the D923 inner diameter measuring instrument, focusing on the importance of theexperiment, the purpose of the experiment, the experimental equipment, the principle of measurement,the experimental procedures, the experimental results, data analysis, maintenance of instrument and theattentions in experiment. Through the experiments, whether the inner(outer) diameter of the bearing ringmachined by the grinding machine meets the requirements of the part size can be accurately judged,which could plays a key role in the following bearing assembly.
