摘要
随着高等教育日益大众化、多样化、国际化,传统的教育范式由于存在着"教师中心主义""知识本位主义"的鲜明特征,越来越不利于卓越农林人才的培养。在专业认证理念的指导下推进以下的教改举措:"反向设计"的课程体系,彰显了教育的价值;"成果导向"的教学策略,体现学生中心;"闭合循环"的评价反馈机制,确立了持续改进的质量文化等。实践证明,新的教育范式有助于系统变革现有教育理念,有利于卓越农林人才培养。
With the popularization, diversification and internationalization of higher education, traditional education paradigm characterized by "teacher-centered" and "knowledge-based" teaching is more and more unfavorable to the cultivation of excellent talents intended for agriculture and forestry endeavors. under the guidance of the concept in the professional certification, the reform measures are put forward: constructing a "reverse engineering" curriculum system, highlighting the value of education; adopting a "results oriented" teaching strategies, pursuing the students-centered teaching strategy; making; using of a closed-up loop feedback mechanism, ensuing the continuous improvement of the quality culture among others. These all help to reshape the existing educational conceptions and to promote the reform on the educational paradigm of the cultivation of excellent talents.
