摘要
研究钢丝绳填充系数对弹性模量的影响,引用钢丝绳弹性模量等效计算公式,计算出被测钢丝绳的等效弹性模量,作为试验的目标值,并确定影响弹性模量的2个影响因素为填充系数和钢丝绳捻角。利用误差分析理论,论证钢丝绳填充系数是影响弹性模量的主要因素。采用GB/T 24191—2009中的试验方法,选取某厂家生产的一批钢丝绳,通过试验测定不同结构钢丝绳弹性模量,结果表明钢丝绳填充系数是影响弹性模量的因素,将钢丝绳等效及稳定弹性模量数据利用一元线性回归建立模型,得到回归公式E稳=45. 88+80f,该公式可作为经验公式进行应用。
The influence of filling coefficient on elastic modulus of wire rope is studied.The equivalent elastic modulus of the tested wire rope is calculated by using the equivalent formula of elastic modulus of wire rope.As the target value of the test,the filling coefficient and twist angle of wire rope are determined as the two influencing factors of elastic modulus.Using error analysis theory,it is proved that the fill coefficient of steel wire rope is the main factor affecting elastic modulus.Adopting the test method in GB/T 24191-2009,a batch of wire ropes produced by a certain factory are selected and the elastic modulus of wire ropes with different structures is determined.The results show that the filling coefficient of steel wire rope is the factor affecting the elastic modulus.Using the data of equivalent and stable elastic modulus of steel wire rope,An unary linear regression formula E稳=45.88+80f is obtained,which can be used as an empirical formula for experiment.
