摘要
环路补偿用于调节开关电源芯片环路的频率特性,以保证芯片稳定工作及瞬态响应,一般芯片内部都集成了环路补偿网络,但内部环路补偿对外部器件特性敏感,极易改变环路频率特性,导致芯片不稳定工作,引起芯片振荡。以LMZ10505为例,研究了环路补偿对开关电源的影响,当环路欠补偿时芯片会自激振荡甚至烧毁,使用一种环路补偿快速设计方法,通过实验测试,优化后的环路补偿可以使芯片稳定地工作。
Loop compensation was used for optimum transient response and stability by adjusting the frequency feature of switching mode power supply control loop. Usually, loop compensation network was integrated on chip, however, it’s sensitive to the characters of outside components, which may change the frequency feature of control loop, lead to the risk of unstable state and oscillation. LMZ10505 was used for researching the influence of loop compensation on switching mode power chip. When the control loop was un-compensated, the chip may be unstable and burned up. A quick loop compensation design method was put forward. The method is proved effective through experiment.
