摘要
翻译硕士(MTI)双导师制是为了适应我国经济和翻译产业发展需要,采用校内导师与校外导师相结合,培养更多高层次应用型翻译人才的研究生教育模式。MTI双导师制已实施多年,遇到一些问题,解决问题的途径在于:建立健全双导师管理体系,调整现行的双导师指导模式,促进高校间资源共享和建立可持续发展的校企合作机制。
In order to meet the needs of our country's requirements of economy and the booming translation industry,and train qualified translation talents,many colleges and universities in China have begun to implement the MTI double tutorial system,in which internal and external tutors make joint efforts to cultivate students.MTI double tutorial system has been implemented for some years,and there were some problems.To find out the strategies helping promote the effective implementation of the double tutorial system is a direction to the current research on the double tutorial system for MTI.
