摘要
采用振荡平衡法对含甲基二乙醇胺双油酸酯(MDEAO)的润滑油在土壤中的吸附行为进行了初步研究。考察了在水土界面间MDEAO对土壤吸附润滑油的动力学特征和吸附等温曲线的影响。实验结果表明,含MDEAO润滑油在水土体系中能较快地产生吸附,初始吸附速率大,在30 min左右达到吸附平衡状态,吸附动力学曲线符合Lagergren伪二级动力学方程; MDEAO初始浓度低于临界胶束浓度时,随着MDEAO浓度的升高,土壤对润滑油的吸附量逐渐增大,促进吸附; MDEAO初始浓度高于临界胶束浓度时,MDEAO形成的胶束对润滑油的增溶效果好,土壤对润滑油的吸附量逐渐减小,抑制吸附;含MDEAO润滑油在水土体系中的吸附等温曲线符合Freundlich吸附等温模型。
The adsorption behavior of methyl diethanolamine dioleate(MDEAO)in water-soil system was studied by oscillating equilibrium method.The adsorption kinetic characteristics and adsorption isotherm curves of MDEAO lubricating oil were investigated in the water-soil system.The lubricating oil can be absorbed by soil quickly with MDEAO added.The sorption dynamic curve conforms to the Lagergren pseudo-second-order dynamics equation and its sorption equilibrium state is reached within approximately 30min.The solid-phase adsorbed amount of lubricating oil gradually increased with concentration of MDEAO increased when the initial concentration of MDEAO is lower than the CMC.When the initial concentration of MDEAO is higher than that of the CMC,the micelles formed by MDEAO have a good effect on the solubility of the lubricating oil,and the adsorption of the soil to the lubricating oil gradually decreases and the sorption isothermal curve conforms to the Freundlich sorption isothermal model.
