Characteristic Simulation of New Digital Hydraulic Valve Based on Parallel Switch Valve Technology

摘要 基于并联开关阀技术,设计了一种新型数字式液压阀。该数字阀由一系列二位开关阀并联而成,能够采用多种编码方法,包括二进制编码、脉冲数编码、斐波那契数列编码、广义二进制编码以及混合编码等;分析了该数字阀的量化输出和步长不确定等稳态特性和瞬态不确定性。基于AMESim和MATLAB,对一个四位数字阀进行了静态特性及动态特性联合仿真研究。仿真结果表明,通过减小数字阀的流量步长并增加位数,能够有效抑制静态特性曲线的阶梯变化特性;通过提高开关阀频率,可以改善其动态特性。 Based on the parallel switch valve technology,a new digital hydraulic valve is designed.The digital valve is formed by a plurality of two-position switching valves connected in parallel.And can use a variety of coding methods,including binary coding,pulse number coding,Fibonacci sequence coding,generalized binary coding,and hybrid coding.The steady-state characteristics and transient uncertainty of the quantized output and step uncertainty of this digital valve are analyzed.Based on the above analysis,based on AMESim and Matab software,a 4-bit digital valve was simulated by static and dynamic characteristics.The simulation results show that the step change characteristic of the static characteristic curve can be effectively suppressed by reducing the flow step size of the digital valve and increasing the number of bits,and the dynamic characteristics can be improved by increasing the switching valve frequency.
