摘要
DHT换挡执行机构帮助混合动力变速器在不同工况下切换不同模式,以提高车辆的动力性能与能源使用效率。以某混合动力变速器为研究对象,设计了一套电控液压换挡执行机构,描述了该机构在混合动力变速器中的位置与功能;根据液压原理图与控制流程图,详细介绍了系统组成与工作原理,并对液压缸的主要参数进行了设计计算;最后,以AMESim软件为平台,对液压系统进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明该液压系统中各元件可按预期稳定工作,验证了设计的合理性。
A DHT gearshift can help a hybrid transmission switch different modes under different working conditions to improve power and energy efficiency of vehicle.Taking a hybrid transmission as the research object,we design an electrically controlled hydraulic gearshift and describe its position and function in transmission.According to a schematic diagram of hydraulic system and a flow chart of control system,we introduce the structure and operating principle of the gearshift in detail,and main parameters of the hydraulic cylinder is calculated.A model is built by the software AMESim and a simulation of the hydraulic system is carried out.The simulation result shows that the hydraulic system is stable and the design is rational and useful.
