摘要
流水线的自动化为企业生产成本的缩减、劳动强度的降低、工作效率的提高和工作质量的提升作出重大贡献。针对悬挂式流水装配线生产效率低、运行不稳定的特点,提出了一种基于PLC的悬挂式流水装配线自动化控制系统的设计方案。该系统以三菱Q系列PLC为控制器,结合CC-Link总线技术,完成对悬挂式流水装配线的自动化控制。当自动化控制系统设计完成后,运用FluidSIM-P气动回路分析软件,对自动化控制系统流程进行仿真分析,验证了自动化控制系统设计的正确性。
Automation of assembly line can make a significant contribution to reduction of production costs and labor intensity,improvement of work efficiency and work quality.Aiming at low production efficiency and unstable operation of suspended flow assembly line,a design scheme of a suspension flow assembly line automation control system based on PLC is proposed.The system uses Mitsubishi Q series PLC as a controller,combined with CC-Link bus technology,to complete the automatic control of the suspended flow assembly line.After the design of the automation control system is completed,the FluidSIM-P pneumatic loop analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the automation control system flow,which verifies the correctness of the design of automation control system.
