摘要
通过对两种不同性能参数的暖风芯体台架性能测试与仿真分析,确定了仿真计算模型的可靠性,得出其精度误差小于7%,部分工况点计算与实际测试结果完全一致;对两种暖风芯体搭载整车后的空气侧与液侧的流量进行了测试,并搭建了整车空调采暖性能仿真计算模型,分析得出仿真结果与整车测试结果趋势一致,出风温度偏差不大于10℃。该分析方法可以应用于整车空调采暖性能的暖风芯体快速选型,缩短项目开发时间,节约开发成本。
Based on two different performance parameters of the heating elements bench performance test and simulation analysis,the reliability of the simulation model was determined. The precision error is less than 7%,and the calculation results of some load cases are completely consistent with tests. Then the air and liquid side flow rates of two kinds of heating elements were tested,and corresponding simulation model for air conditioner was built. The simulation results are in accord with trend of vehicle test results,and the outlet temperature deviation is less than 10 ℃. The analysis method can be applied to the quick selection of the heating element for vehicle air condition,which can shorten the project development time and save the development cost.
