摘要
对某中型货车进行平顺性检测,对汽车车轮总成、驾驶室悬置方式、钢板弹簧刚度进行了测试和分析,证明车辆异常抖动的主要影响因素是车轮及轮胎总成的轴向、径向尺寸跳动量,动不平衡量,以及驾驶室悬置方式和钢板弹簧的刚度。通过优化车轮总成参数、改变驾驶悬置安装方式、降低钢板弹簧的刚度来改变车辆各零部件固有频率的重叠,从而起到降低车辆抖动的效果。
The wheel assembly,cab mounting mode and leaf spring stiffness of the vehicle were tested and analyzed. It was proved that the main factors affecting the abnormal jitter of the vehicle were the axial and radial dimension runout of the wheel and tire assembly,the dynamic unbalance,the mounting mode of the cab and the stiffness of the leaf spring. By optimizing the parameters of wheel assembly,changing the mounting mode of driving and reducing the stiffness of leaf spring,the overlap of the inherent frequencies of the components of the vehicle was changed so the jitter of the vehicle was reduced.
