摘要
目的:研究社区健康教育对糖尿病患者的心理与社会功能所产生的影响。方法:将2016年7月1日-2018年3月30日笔者所在社区400例糖尿病患者作为此次研究对象,根据随机法对其进行分组,一组为对照组采取常规健康教育,一组为研究组采取社区健康教育,对其干预效果进行分析。结果:干预前两组患者SDS及SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组患者SDS及SAS评分均优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后研究组患者SF-36评分优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区健康教育对糖尿病患者的心理与社会功能有着重要的影响,有效缓解了患者焦虑、抑郁的症状,提高了糖尿病患者的社会功能,有着广阔的应用前景。
Objective:To study the influence of community health education on mental and social functions of diabetic patients.Method:A total of 400 diabetes patients in our community from July 1,2016 to March 30,2018 were selected as the research object,which were grouped according to a random method.One group received routine health education for the control group and the other group took community health education for the study group,the intervention effect was analyzed.Result:There was no significant difference in the scores of SDS and SAS between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but the scores of SDS and SAS in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 score of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community health education has an important influence on the psychological and social functions of diabetics,can effectively relieve the symptoms of anxiety and depression of patients,improves the social function of diabetic patients,and has wide application prospect.
