摘要
目的:研究带线锚钉在治疗髌骨撕脱性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择笔者所在医院2014年3月-2017年1月收治的60例髌骨撕脱性骨折患者作为本次研究对象,对其进行回顾性分析,所有患者均行带线锚钉内固定治疗,随后结束治疗后,对其进行随访,随访时间为6~12个月,观察患者的治疗优良率。结果:所有均在入院后2~3 d实施手术,手术时间为30~80 min,手术切口5~6 cm,手术后对患者进行6~12个月的随访,所有患者的骨折均愈合,愈合时间范围为12~15周,所有患者均未发生感染。对患者的骨折愈合程度进行观察,X线片下显示,髌骨愈合形态良好,膝关节功能应用HSS评分为(88.25±2.97)分,优50例,良好10例,优良率为100%。结论:治疗髌骨撕脱性骨折中应用带线锚钉治疗后的效果明显,能够有效改善患者的症状,促进患者康复,且该方式作为传统手术模式的补充,具有创伤小,手术操作简单便利,手术后效果良好的特点,不需要第二次手术,值得临床进一步应用探索。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of the wire anchor in the treatment of avulsion fracture of the patella.Method:From March 2014 to January 2017,60 patients with patellar avulsion fracture as the research object,were retrospectively analyzed,all patients were performed with line anchor nail internal fixation treatment,then after treatment,followed up,follow-up time was 6 to 12 months,to observe the rate of good patient care.Result:All were in the hospital within 2 to 3 days after surgery,surgery time was between 30 to 80 minutes,scope of incision for 5 to 6 cm,after surgery for patients with 6 to 12 months follow-up,all patients with fracture healing,healing time ranged of 12 to 15 weeks,all patients were not infected.To observe fracture healing of the patients with degree and X ray film showed under the patellar healing form is good,the function of knee joint HSS score was used to determine,score was(88.25±2.97)points,50 cases were excellent,10 cases were well,fine rate was 100%.Conclusion:The application in the treatment of patellar avulsion fracture belt line anchor nails after treatment effect is obvious,can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms,promote patients recover,and the operation method has small trauma,operation simple and convenient,the characteristics of good effect after the surgery,don’t need a second operation,worthy of clinical application of further exploration.
