摘要
沥青稳定碎石结构在解决道路工程路面结构高温抗车辙、抗反射裂缝方面具体突出的优势,在工程实践中逐步推广应用。基于此,首先对ATB-25沥青稳定碎石混合料的级配进行设计,然后进行室内验证其抗水损害性能、高温抗车辙性能以及疲劳性能,最后在工程实际中分析控制要点。结果表明,ATB-25沥青稳定碎石混合料级配设计简单,路用性能优良,在施工过程中混合料离析控制对施工质量具有关键作用。
Asphalt stabilized macadam structure has outstanding advantages in resolving high temperature anti-rutting and anti-reflective cracks of pavement structure in road engineering. It is gradually popularized and applied in engineering practice. Based on this,in this paper,firstly the gradation of ATB-25 asphalt stabilized macadam mixture has been designed,then its anti-water damage performance,high temperature anti-rutting performance and fatigue performance indoors have been verified,and finally the control points in engineering practice have been analyzed. The results have shown that ATB-25 asphalt stabilized macadam mixture has simple gradation design and excellent pavement performance. The segregation control of mixture plays a key role in the construction quality. The research results can provide reference for further application of ATB-25 asphalt stabilized macadam structure.
