分级诊疗改革背景下的医联体薪酬管理研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着医联体改革推进,各省相继出台政策促进当地的医联体建设,但我国医联体建设仍存在薪酬管理不公平、缺乏激励机制、工具欠缺、制度不完善、差异化绩效激励制度缺乏和利益再分配不合理等一系列问题。通过剖析其中存在的主要问题,从不同角度提出对策建议,从而提高医生参与医联体改革的积极性,推进医联体改革进度。 With the advancement of the reform of medical joint bodies,provincial governments have issued policies to promote the construction of local medical joint bodies.However,there are still a series of problems in the construction of China’s medical consortium,such as unfair salary management,lack of incentive mechanism,lack of tools,imperfect system,lack of differentiated performance incentive system and unreasonable redistribution of benefits.By analyzing the main problems,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from different angles so as to improve the enthusiasm of doctors to participate in the reform and promote the progress of the reform of medical consortium.
