摘要 面向多参数生化分析仪的测试需求,基于分光光度法,提出一种新型半自动多参数生化分析仪的光学检测系统。系统采用多个不同波长LED单色光源和多进一出耦合光纤对光源进行分光,实现多参数快速准确测试;采用固定部件,无任何活动构件,大幅度减少了光学检测系统带来的系统误差,保证整个仪器测量精确度和重复性。文中对光学检测系统的光源驱动电流、耦合光纤对LED光谱的影响、检测室恒温控制分别进行测试,测试数据表明各项光学参数满足分光光度法的要求。对氰化物标准样品基于朗伯比尔定律建标,分析线性度和相关度,对比测试分析仪器的精确度、重复性和最低检出限。各项测试结果均达到设计要求,可实现生化多参数的快速准确测量。 A novel optical detection system of semi-automatic multi-parameter biochemical analyzer was proposed based on spectrophotometry and can meet the needs of multi-parameter testing.The novel system included many LED sources of different wavelength,a coupling fiber of many inputs and one output.It all used fixing part and had not the moving part,which greatly decreased the system error that the traditional optical detection system brought,and guaranteed the accuracy and repeatability of measurement.This work tested the light source driving current,the influence of LED spectrum by a coupling fiber,temperature control respectively, the testing data indicated each optical parameter according with the spectrophotometry.The semi-automatic multi-parameter biochemical analyzer with the new system built a calibration curve of cyanide,analyzed the linearity and correlation,and calculated the accuracy,repeatability and LOD (limit of detection).Test results of the novel optical detection system meet the design requirements,the analyzer can measure the biochemical multi- parameters fast and accurately.
