摘要
对于精度要求较高的流体管,采用传统的固定短芯头冷拔模具进行单道次拉拔加工已难以保证其质量。介绍了一种双径模具,以冷拔20钢流体管为例,利用ABAQUS对冷拔过程进行模拟仿真,分析不同直径的坯料在两种冷拔模具(固定短芯头、双径模)拉拔后的成形精度。结果表明:在同等条件下,双径模具比固定短芯头模具冷拔出的钢管外径精度可提高一个等级,壁厚偏差可减小52.76%。该方法可应于流体钢管、液压系统钢管、汽车用钢管等高精度钢管的拉拔,有利于保证质量,提高效率和降低成本。
It is difficult to guarantee its quality by using the traditional cold drawing die with fixed short core head for single pass drawing for the fluid pipe with high precision,thus a kind of double diameter die is introduced in this paper. Taking the cold-drawn 20 steel fluid pipe as an example,the simulation of cold drawing process is carried out by using the ABAQUS,and the forming accuracy of the billet with different diameters is analyzed after drawing two kinds of cold drawing dies( the fixed short core head and the double diameter die). The results show that in the same condition,the outer diameter precision of the steel tube drawn out by the double-diameter die can be improved by one grade,and deviation of the wall thickness can be reduced by 52.76%. This method can be applied to the drawing of high precision steel tubes such as the fluid pipe,the hydraulic system steel pipe,the automobile steel pipe,etc.,which is beneficial to guarantee the quality,improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
