摘要
目的研究喜炎平注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果。方法选择我院2016年5月至2018年1月收治的150例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各75例。对照组采用头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组采用喜炎平注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及气喘持续时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果显著,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of Xiyanping injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 150 children with bronchopneumonia admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium, while the observation group was treated with Xiyanping injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α in both groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05).The hospitalization time, antipyretic time, cough disappearance time, lung rale disappearance time and asthma duration of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with ceftriaxone sodium has a remarkable effect in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children, which is worth popularizing and application.
