摘要
供给侧结构性改革是未来中国经济发展的主线,而金融投资领域的改革是供给侧改革的源头。在供给侧结构性改革中要重视产业和金融的结合,促进金融服务于实体经济。金融在很大程度上是正反馈的过程,产融结合不仅是产业发展的需要,也是供给侧结构改革能否深化的需要。因此,需要重视产融结合促进供给侧结构性改革的深化。当前,深化供给侧结构性改革中产业结构转型缓慢、资本市场发育滞后,同时风险、制度、体制等多方面因素共同制约了产融结合的步伐。这需要我们回归金融本质,提高金融部门服务实体经济的效率,创新产融结合的方式,并深化金融体制机制改革,消除金融部门服务实体经济的门槛。
Supply-side structural reform is the main line of China's economic development in the future,while reform in the field of financial investment is the source of supply-side reforms.In the supply-side structural reform,we must pay attention to the combination of industry and finance and promote financial services to the real economy.Finance is largely a process of positive feedback.The integration of production and finance is not only the need for industrial development,but also the need for deepening supply-side structural reforms.Therefore,we must pay attention to the combination of production and finance to promote the deepening of supply-side structural reforms.At present,deepening the structural reforms on the supply side has led to a slow transition in the industrial structure and a lagging development of the capital market.At the same time,risks,systems,and systems have jointly hampered the pace of integration of production and finance.This requires us to return to the essence of finance,improve the efficiency of the financial sector in serving the real economy,innovate the integration of production and financing,deepen the reform of the financial system and eliminate the threshold for the financial sector to serve the real economy.
