摘要
目的研究不同手术方法在扁桃体摘除术中的效果。方法方便选择2016年4月—2017年4月到医院就诊的扁桃体摘除手术患者116例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者58例。对照组患者采用传统手术方法治疗,观察组患者采用超声刀手术方法治疗。对比两组患者手术的临床指标,对比两组患者术中及术后的出血情况,并对比两组患者手术后的疼痛情况。结果观察组患者手术时间为(9.8±1.2)min,术后脱膜时间为(4.9±1.0)d,均少于对照组患者差异有统计学意义(t=15.52,4.13,P<0.05)。观察组患者术中出血量为(3.7±0.7)mL,术后出血量为(5.3±2.0)mL,均少于对照组患者差异有统计学意义(t=4.16,5.02,P<0.05)。观察组患者术后疼痛评分为(3.2±0.7)分,低于对照组患者的(5.8±1.3)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.22,P<0.05)。结论在扁桃体摘除手术中,不同的手术方法治疗效果不同,采用超声刀手术治疗,相比于传统的手术治疗,可缩短手术时间和术后脱膜时间。
Objective To study the effect of different surgical methods in tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 116 patients with tonsillectomy who were admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 58 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgical methods,and patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasonic scalpel surgery.The clinical indexes of the two groups of patients were compared,and the bleeding between the two groups was compared between the two groups.The pain of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was (9.8±1.2)min,and the time of postoperative release was (4.9±1.0)d,which was less than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant (t=15.52,4.13,P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was (3.7±0.7)mL,and the postoperative blood loss was (5.3±2.0)mL,which was less than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant (t=4.16,5.02,P<0.05).The postoperative pain score was (3.2±0.7)points in the observation group and (5.8±1.3)points in the control group,the different was statistically significant(t=4.22,P<0.05).Conclusion In the tonsillectomy,different surgical methods have different therapeutic effects.Ultrasonic knife surgery can shorten the operation time and postoperative release time and reduce the amount of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding.
