摘要 针对复杂赛博攻击下,多样化战场任务持续保障对军事指挥信息系统韧性能力提出的新挑战,提出了面向任务保障的指挥信息系统韧性能力定量化评估方法。首先,界定了韧性和韧性系统的概念内涵,建立了复杂赛博攻击下韧性系统的动态稳定、能力降级、能力恢复和演化重构的4阶段过程模型;其次,从系统4个阶段角度出发,建立了由抵御、吸收、恢复与重构4类能力组成的韧性能力评估指标体系;再次,分别建立了抵御、吸收、恢复与重构能力度量指标的评估模型和计算方法;最后,以某情报系统为韧性试验对象,开展了不同攻击条件下系统韧性能力仿真试验,验证了韧性能力评估模型的有效性。 Aimed at the new challenge to the resilience of the military command information system posed by the diversified battlefield mission sustained support under the complex cyber attacks,the mission-assurance-oriented quantitative evaluation method of resilient capability for command information system is proposed.Firstly,the concepts of resilient and resilient system are defined,the four-stage model for resilient system under complex cyber attacks condition is established,including the dynamic stability phase,the capability degradation phase,the capability restoration phase and the evolution reconstruction phase.Secondly,from the perspective of the four-stage processing mode of the system,a resilient capability evaluation index system is established,including the resistance capability,the absorption capability,the recovery capability and the reconstruction capability.Thirdly,the evaluation model and calculation method of resistance,absorption,recovery and reconstruction capability are established respectively.Finally,taking a radar intelligence system as the resilient experiment object,the simulation experiment of the system resilient capability under different attack conditions is carried out,and the effectiveness of the resilient capability evaluation model is verified.
