摘要
随着我国社会经济的快速发展,人民生活水平不断提高,对于供电质量的要求也在不断增加。10kV配网工程作为规模较大的供电管理系统,在项目管理上具有非常重要的作用。虽然我国电力配电工程发展水平在不断提高,但是依然存在很多问题,无法保证10kV配网工程项目的质量。为此,必须要积极针对10kV配网工程项目管理存在的问题进行深入研究,提出积极有效的改进措施。
With the rapid development of China’s social economy,people’s living quality has been continuously improved,and the demand for power supply quality has been constantly increasing.As a large-scale power supply management system,10kV distribution network project plays a very important role in project management.Although the development level of China’s power distribution engineering is constantly improving,there are still many problems that cannot guarantee the quality of 10kV distribution network project.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the problems existing in the project management of 10kV distribution network project and propose positive improvement measures.
