摘要
制备对皮肤无副作用并具有抗炎功能的防晒霜。采用加入碱性膨润土抗炎成分,并减少氧化物防晒成分和不加化学防晒成分的配方,测定不同碱性膨润土加入量对紫外线吸收、使用效果及乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明,该霜质地均匀细腻,易于涂抹,无刺激性,符合防晒霜基本要求,其各成分配比为:白油15%,聚乙二醇单硬脂酸酯3%,单硬脂酸甘油酯3%,甘油8%,山梨糖醇液14%,碱性膨润土4%,Ti O21%,去离子水52%。所得到的防晒霜不但可以隔离紫外线,更重要的是还能抗炎,可以更好保护皮肤。
To prepare the anti-inflammatory sunscreen cream without side effects to skin. The formulation was adopted by adding alkaline bentonite anti-inflammatory ingredients,reducing oxide sunscreen and non-chemical sunscreen. The influence of different content of alkaline bentonite added on UV absorption,application effect and emulsion stability was determined. The result indicated that the skin-care sunscreen cream showed exquisite,well-distribute and non-irritative,and meet the basic requirements of sunscreen.The formula of cream as follows: white oil 15%,polyethylene glycol monostearate 3%,monostearin 3%,glycerinum 8%,sorbitol solution 14%,alkaline bentonite 4%,Ti O21%,deionized water 52%. The alkaline bentonite skin-care sunscreen cream has good properity of UV isolation,and more importantly,it has better protective effects on skin because of adding anti-inflammatory ingredients.
