摘要
为了明确可杀得叁仟在西瓜幼苗上的适宜施用剂量,以西瓜幼苗为试材,采用不同浓度的可杀得叁仟喷施西瓜幼苗,观察西瓜幼苗生长发育的变化。结果表明,与清水对照相比,喷施稀释1 000倍可杀得叁仟的西瓜幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积、地上鲜质量、地上干质量分别提高了9.63%、28.64%、83.15%、29.33%、32.57%;根长、根鲜质量、根干质量、根呼吸速率分别比对照提高10.78%、10.38%、15.24%、15.60%。适宜浓度的可杀得叁仟能显著促进西瓜幼苗的生长,其中以可杀得叁仟(46%氢氧化铜水分散颗粒)稀释1 000倍(浓度为4.7 mmo·L^(-1))处理效果最佳。
In order to research the effect of different concentrations of copper(Cu) on the growth of watermelon seedlings, different concentrations of KCD3000 were used in our research. The results showed that the growth of watermelon seedlings was inhibited by higher concentration copper while was promoted by appropriate concentration copper. The best treatment effect was achieved under 1 000-fold dilution of KCD3000. Compared with the water control treatment, the seedling height, stem diameter, leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight of watermelon seedling under 1 000-fold dilution of KCD3000 treatment were improved by 9.63%, 28.64%, 83.15%, 29.33% and 32.57% respectively. Root length, root fresh weight, root dry weight and root respiration rate of which increased by 10.78%, 10.38%, 15.24% and 15.60% respectively when compared with the control.
